Fitness is Simple

Being fit is a lot simpler than most people want to believe. Learn the basics: Don't overeat. Move your body. Sleep. Eat a dang vegetable. Once you learn the fact that the theory of fitness is actually simple, you can easily mute all the noise out there. If someone claims they've found the secret to easy weight loss, I'm not going to beat around the bush, they're lying. And they want to sell you stuff. Stuff that probably doesn't work at all or may "work" just long enough to make you think it works. It is simple in theory, but it's still not easy. There's no shame in getting help in the process, asking for support, or getting a coach. There are no secrets. No supplement will get you what you want. 𝐘𝐨𝐮 get you what you want, and that's it. Get some help if you need it, then work for it.
