FUN EVENTS AND PRIZES

Fun weekly mini-challenges will encourage the learning of new skills and habits, providing tools to help you change now and KEEP IT.  And longer term challenges (with more prizes!) will encourage results and keep you motivated!

People loved the Change For Life Challenge, but didn't want it to end!  So now after an initial 8 week commitment period, members can go as long as they wish using my personal coaching, tools, and community to make strides towards their best body ever.  All within the same awesome environment of prizes and motivation!

Members get access to my CL Strength mobile app and private website portal. All of your individual nutrition and fitness plans, information, and CL Strength tools will be available for you, 24/7, in the palm of your hand.

ACCOUNTABILITY

Coaching with me, daily tracking, results graphs, as well as 2 week check-ins will happen within the private Members-only Facebook group and mobile app. This allows me to always set you up for maximum results, provide support, troubleshoot any potential issues, and make sure that your Plan is optimized for your success.

NO FOOD RESTRICTIONS

What is the point in losing weight if you can't maintain it?  CL Strength is about real world solutions for real people with busy lives.  Eat with your family, or out at a restaurant, there are no food restrictions or "good foods" or "bad foods."  You get to eat what YOU enjoy!

CROSSFIT, HOME WORKOUTS, OR GYM

Being a multi-faceted athlete myself, I understand the unique nutrition and energy needs of both CrossFitters and traditional exercisers.  I'll design a workout plan for you to do at home, at the gym, or work with your current fitness passion like CrossFit or running.  Then I'll design your nutrition plan around that for your best body, energy, and performance.
