There is no finish line

🏁 There is no finish line. 🏁

It is ok to desire a leaner physique or a faster time or a bigger deadlift, yet still be confident and happy with our current self.

It is our natural tendency to always want more, but if we recognize that is simply human nature then we can understand that it’s normal to feel that way.

➡ Self improvement is lifelong. Rather than seeing our current state as inadequate or inferior, we should be proud of what we've already achieved.

The desire to improve should not be stressful or make us feel guilty, but instead give us a healthy drive.

When it comes to our health and fitness there is no top of the mountain or finish line. Even the best athletes never feel “done” and that is what makes them the best at what they do.

🛣 Enjoy the journey. There is no done.
