Coraleigh's primary goal is to show you how to get into shape and KEEP it.  After all, what is the point in losing weight if you can't maintain it?  She focuses on what she calls structured flexibility.  Ditch the restrictive diets.  Eat with your family, or out at a restaurant, there are no "good foods" or "bad foods."  You eat what YOU enjoy!

Coraleigh is certified through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), NESTA, and the Online Trainer Academy, for fitness, nutrition, and online coaching. Coraleigh also has personal experience as a nationally qualified bikini bodybuilding competitor, CrossFit competitor, and traditional gym trainer. Coraleigh combines her unique level of education and experience with her drive and passion for helping people. Working with Coraleigh is like nothing you will find in a typical gym trainer or Instagram trainers/fitness models.


You likely already know Coraleigh is one of the few coaches who does not have financial interests with other companies. She will not try to sell you shakes, supplements, gimmicks, videos, etc. In fact, as a highly informed skeptic she will steer you clear of fitness myths. Coraleigh stays up to date on the latest scientific research papers, studies, and journal reviews by the preeminent minds in the field.  She spends the time deciphering the science and combines it with experience to bring practical application direct to you, her client.

Coach Coraleigh (CL) has personally coached over 500 clients worldwide toward achieving their ideal body through fat loss and strength gain.  All without cutting out carbs or using "bad food" lists.


Her specialty is working with each client's unique metabolism without food restriction.  She uses methods rooted in the latest science and combined with her experience provides the best tailored approach for every individual.

No ebook, magazine, or other impersonal solution will ever replace the transformational power of a real coaching relationship. That is why all clients work directly with Coraleigh. She gets to know them, support them, push them, and ultimately help guide them in their efforts to change.

She loves a challenge and has a diverse background of fitness.  She has competed in regional CrossFit and Weightlifting competitions and earned national qualification as a bodybuilding Bikini competitor.


Coraleigh has an adorable (and smart!) French Bulldog named Pancake.  You may have seen his Friday fit tips on her Facebook page!  She also loves ice cream.  :-)
