Willing to Die Younger?

October 25, 2018

Β We tend to think about the shorter term like more confidence wearing a bikini your upcoming beach vacationπŸ‘™β›± or fitting into those tight jeansπŸ‘– from 2 years ago, but there are longer term things too.Β  Improved health and energy, a longer life, more strength and higher quality of life into our older years, being able to keep up with kids and grandkids, etc.Β  Fitness can have massive implications! πŸ—»

Wearing a bikini is great and all, but living longer?!Β  There is no way to place a value on that!Β  With such great potential benefits what could possibly be holding us back?

Changing our ways sounds simple, it's just food, right?Β  Yet our 𝒑𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒔𝒖𝒓𝒂𝒃𝒍𝒆 π’„π’π’π’π’†π’„π’•π’Šπ’π’ 𝒕𝒐 𝒇𝒐𝒐𝒅 π’Šπ’” 𝒔𝒐 π’‘π’π’˜π’†π’“π’‡π’–π’ that we are willing to risk poor health and earlier death just for some short moments of pleasure that come from eating things that taste sinfully good each day.Β  Some people are so entrenched in this pleasure cycle they quite literally risk life and limb: amputation via T2 diabetes, death via heart disease, etc.Β  It's crazy, but it shows you just how difficult losing weight can be. 😬

This is obviously is an extreme example and a lot of us do just want to fit into those jeans or bikini, haha.Β  However, as humans we kinda stink at planning ahead! πŸ€·β€β™€οΈΒ  Shameless plug, this is where I come in!Β  If you need some help, give me a shout.Β  I'm here to help.Β  <3
