We all have different priorities. Different goals. Different schedules.
But one thing that is the same for all of us is TIME. We all have the same 24 hours in a day.
We must beware using "busy" as an excuse to not prioritize our health.
We aren't too busy nor do we have less time than anyone else. It's just not a priority within the set amount of time we have per day. And that is totally ok.
Our daily schedule is made up of priorities.
Eventually we must make our health a priority. If we don't, then we deal with consequences.
I get a lot of clients coming to me only after being motivated by a health scare and that scares ME. So I urge you to start sooner.
