All the tools you need for your transformation are ready for you.  I take all the guesswork and counting out of it so all you have to do is follow the instructions and let the system do the rest!

SUPPORT

Get both 1-1 coaching from Coraleigh AND support from your peers.  This new program is ideal for those who thrive in a group environment and are motivated by a community of others all traveling a similar path.  Achieve the body, health, and fitness you've always wanted, within a supportive online community of like-minded individuals.

FUN EVENTS AND PRIZES

Fun mini-challenges will encourage the learning of new skills and habits, providing tools to help you change now and KEEP IT.  Everything is designed to encourage results and keep you motivated!

CHOOSE YOUR TIME FRAME

People loved the Change For Life Challenge, but didn't want it to end!  So now after an initial 12 week commitment period, members can go as long as they wish using my personal coaching, tools, and community to make strides towards their best body ever.  All within the same awesome environment of prizes and motivation!

YOUR OWN MOBILE APP

Members get access to my CL Strength mobile app and private website portal. All of your individual nutrition and fitness plans, information, and CL Strength tools will be available for you, 24/7, in the palm of your hand.

ACCOUNTABILITY

Coaching with me, daily tracking, results charts, as well as 2 week check-ins will happen within the private Members-only Facebook group and mobile app. This allows me to always set you up for maximum results, provide support, troubleshoot any potential issues, and make sure that your Plan is optimized for your success.

NO FOOD RESTRICTIONS

What is the point in losing weight if you can't maintain it?  CL Strength is about real world solutions for real people with busy lives.  Eat with your family, or out at a restaurant, there are no food restrictions or "good foods" or "bad foods."  You get to eat what YOU enjoy!

CROSSFIT, OTF, HOME OR GYM WORKOUTS

I'll design your nutrition around your exercise for a toned body, energy, and performance.  Being a multi-faceted athlete myself, I understand the unique nutrition and energy needs of high intensity exercise or traditional exercisers.  If desired you'll receive a resistance training workout you can do at home or at the gym.
